Many of the latex- and oil-based paints, cleaners, garden products and related household materials dropped off at ReGen’s Household Hazardous Waste Collection Facility are in usable condition and still in original containers. Rather than disposing of these products, we offer them to community members at no charge next door at the Last Chance Mercantile, open Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

This free program makes it easy for community members to protect the planet while also saving money.

Sixty percent (60%) of the hazardous waste products accepted at ReGen Monterey are re-used through this program.
