NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Monterey Regional Waste Management District, dba ReGen Monterey, Board of Directors will hold a public hearing on May 22, 2026 (or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard) at ReGen Monterey’s Board Room located in their administrative offices, 14201 Del Monte Blvd., Salinas, CA 93908 (2 miles north of Marina, off HWY 1), to consider fee changes for the materials listed below, effective July 1, 2026.
Information regarding the proposed action can be obtained at ReGen Monterey’s administrative offices and via telephone number (831) 384-5313 during normal business hours, or www.regenmonterey.org; a staff report will be available on the website for public review 72-hours before the scheduled hearing. All persons interested in this matter are invited to attend the hearing, which will be held in person and via Zoom (log in details will be published on the website with the meeting agenda), to present testimony and evidence regarding the proposed action. Written comments may be submitted via boardclerk@regenmonterey.org or to Post Office Box 1670, Marina, California, 93933 or hand delivery at ReGen Monterey’s administrative offices; written comments must be received prior to May 21, 2026, at 4:00 p.m.
