The project includes master planning for long-term landfill development, conceptual and detailed design for future landfill modules, scenario-based planning, and preparation of bid and construction documents for specific landfill modules.
Proposal submissions are due at 2:00 pm, Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at the ReGen Administration Office. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at ReGen’s Administrative Office at 1:00pm on Monday, December 1, 2025 (virtual attendance is possible).
